In the life of a neighborhood, or of any single building,even, there is always a continuous process of rebuilding, modification, improvement, sometimes of neglect requiring repair.

| PURSUE THESE ACTIONS OF UNFOLDING | As you discover particular unfolding rules which work well for you, and get good results, you may begin to think how the same rules, applied at different scales, or to different parts of your environment, can work, over and over again. Sometimes by direct application to a different scale, sometimes by creative extrapolation to a slightly different case. It is the nature of all morphogenesis that the most powerful unfolding rules, are applied repeatedly, at different scales, and when the organism has to repair itelf. |
